We built this platform with privacy as a priority. Here's what you need to know.

What We Collect

Account Information

  • A randomly generated user ID
  • When you created your account
  • Whether you've completed age verification

Payment Information

  • Transaction ID and amount when you purchase credits
  • Payment timestamp
  • We accept Bitcoin - we don't collect wallet information or KYC data

Moderation Logs

  • Counts of how many requests were allowed or blocked
  • Temporary records of policy decisions (kept briefly for safety)
  • No actual content from your prompts* or generated material

*The one exception: When you voluntarily submit a "false positive report" - a prompt that failed moderation, which you believe should have passed - we log that prompt and rejection. These are used to improve our moderation model. This is a case-by-case opt-in mechanism; only the individual prompt submitted is stored.

What We Don't Collect

We never store:

  • Your ID documents or date of birth after age verification completes
  • Your prompts, conversations, or any generated content
  • IP addresses or precise location data
  • Browsing history or content preferences
  • Sexual content logs of any kind*

Your ID is processed immediately during verification and then permanently deleted. Only your age-verified status remains.

How Long We Keep Data

  • Account data: Until you delete your account
  • Payment records: Transaction details retained for accounting purposes
  • Generated content: Never stored
  • Moderation logs: Aggregate counts retained; detailed decisions purged regularly

Age Verification

All users must verify they are adults before accessing the platform. We process your ID document using automated OCR to confirm age, then immediately delete the image. No human sees your ID unless the automated process fails and you opt-in to a manual review, in which case an admin will review and approve/reject your ID as promptly as possible.

Geographic Restrictions

We do not provide services to users in jurisdictions where adult content generation is prohibited or we perceive the legal/social environment to be hostile to our service. We attempt to respect the laws of restrictive jurisdictions by not providing service to their residents. Access is restricted based on compliance requirements.

Bitcoin Payments

Payment processing is handled through BTCPay Server. We do not collect transaction details beyond our system's invoice records, or any identity information related to cryptocurrency payments - you already verified your identity at the door.

Your Rights

You can:

  • Request deletion of your account at any time
  • Withdraw consent by deleting your account
  • Request data access (contact support - note we retain very little data)

Changes to This Policy

We'll update this policy as needed to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
