1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mastersly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

To use this Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
  • Complete our age verification process
  • Not be located in a jurisdiction where adult content services are prohibited
  • Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

Notice to Law Enforcement and Regulatory Agencies: Government officials, law enforcement personnel, and regulatory agency employees are prohibited from creating accounts or using this Service without first contacting us at support@mastersly.com. We are committed to cooperating with legitimate legal processes through proper channels.

3. Geographic Restrictions

For legal and regulatory reasons, the Service is unavailable in the following countries:

Afghanistan, Belarus, China, Cuba, Eritrea, Iran, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, Nicaragua, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen

Access from these locations is blocked at the network level. We reserve the right to modify this list as legal and regulatory requirements change.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

5. Service Description

Mastersly provides AI-powered adult fiction generation services. The Service uses the Eros 2 model, which is trained specifically for erotic literature. Content is generated based on user prompts and is subject to automated content moderation.

The Service is officially supported in English only. While the AI model may respond in other languages, we cannot guarantee quality, accuracy, or content moderation effectiveness for non-English content.

6. Credits and Payments

  • The Service operates on a credit-based system
  • Credits are purchased using Bitcoin via BTCPay Server
  • Credits are non-refundable except at our sole discretion
  • Credits do not expire
  • Pricing is subject to change with notice

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to generate prohibited content (see Content Policy below)
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent content moderation
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Share your account with others
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the Service or its models

8. Content Ownership

Content generated through the Service is provided for your personal use. You retain rights to content you create, subject to any applicable laws. We do not claim ownership of user-generated content. We do not store your generated content.

By using the Service, you grant Mastersly a limited, non-exclusive license to process your prompts and generated content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models. We do not store your prompts or generated content except: (a) voluntarily submitted false positive reports, and (b) voluntarily submitted quality feedback. This license terminates when you delete your account.

9. Content Policy

Mastersly is a platform for adults to create adult fiction. We believe consenting adults should have creative freedom, while maintaining clear boundaries around illegal content.

Prohibited Content

Our moderation system automatically detects and rejects requests for:

Content involving minors

Any sexual content depicting or involving individuals under 18

2.

Non-consensual content

Rape, sexual assault, or non-consensual scenarios

3.

Bestiality

Sexual content involving real animals

4.

Incest

Sexual content between blood relatives

5.

Extreme violence

Snuff, gore, or sexual violence resulting in death

6.

Real persons

Sexual content depicting real, identifiable individuals without their consent

Permitted Content

The platform allows generation of legal adult content between consenting adults, including:

  • ✓ Fantasy scenarios with fictional characters
  • ✓ Anthropomorphic/furry content
  • ✓ Consensual roleplay scenarios
  • ✓ BDSM and kink content with consent

How Moderation Works

  • Reviews all requests before content is generated
  • Uses machine learning trained on labeled examples
  • Does not store your prompts or generated content

False Positives

If you believe your request was incorrectly rejected, you can submit a false positive report. This is the only circumstance under which we store prompt content, and only for the specific prompt you submit. These reports help us improve our system to be less restrictive for legitimate content.

Enforcement

Repeated attempts to generate prohibited content may result in account restrictions or termination. We log rejection counts (not content) to identify abuse patterns.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS. GENERATED CONTENT MAY NOT ALWAYS MATCH YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mastersly, its operators, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (d) content you generate or attempt to generate through the Service; or (e) any misrepresentation by you regarding your age or eligibility to use the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable dispute resolution procedures.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mastersly regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
